Tohatsu JIS standard springs

• We standardized the springs by adopting cross section materials for the first time in Japan. Tohatsu JIS standard was created using those skills.
• The standards established as criteria for Tohatsu JIS Standard Springs are the Japanese Industrial Standard JIS B 5012:2008 (Coiled helical spring for press dies), Japan Metal Stamping Association standards, and Japan Die & Mold Industry Association standard.
• Used with high deflection
• It can gain higher loads in smaller spaces than round coil springs.
