Description

The SWAN series handheld laser welding machine adopts a portable design, making it easy to operate and suitable for welding operations in various complex and confined spaces. This product utilizes a laser beam as the welding heat source, providing advantages such as high energy density, instantaneous heating, and localized welding, thus achieving high-quality welding results. The handheld laser welding machine is applicable for welding metal materials such as steel, aluminum, copper, etc., meeting the demands of different industries and application fields.

  • Water Cooling System

Water cooling is a heat dissipation system that uses water to conduct and dissipate heat. It features an integrated dual-temperature control industrial chiller to ensure constant temperature regulation for heat dissipation, thus guaranteeing efficient cooling of core optical components. When paired with a fiber laser, it provides stability and high efficiency.

  • Swing Welding Technology

Wobble welding technique, with adjustable beam width, offers strong welding tolerance and compensates for the disadvantage of small laser spot size in laser welding. It expands the range of processing part tolerances and weld seam widths, resulting in better weld formation.

  • Nozzle Combination

Equipped with dedicated welding/cutting nozzles, it is suitable for various processing scenarios and meets different customer needs.
