  • Dynamic Performance Characteristics

The high-strength crossbeam and precision manufacturing process ensure optimal dynamic performance, accuracy, and stability during machine operation. The linear axis can achieve a maximum speed of 100 meters per minute and an acceleration of up to 1G.

The five-axis simultaneous motion cutting/welding head can achieve N x 360° rotation and ±135° tilt, facilitating seamless transitions between planes.

  • Online Editor-Smart Editor and CAM-Smart 3D Pro

– Smart Editor is a specialized tool designed for the rapid modification and editing of laser cutting programs, installed on the host computer. It enables the direct import of plain text cutting programs, transforming cutting information into 3D spatial elements for visual, WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) rapid editing and modification. The edited programs can subsequently be saved as new cutting programs.

– Smart 3D Pro software is a comprehensive three-dimensional programming system developed by Penta Laser for the laser 3D cutting domain. It supports a wide range of functionalities including laser cutting data processing, support frame design, five-axis simultaneous motion cutting programming, simulation, interference checking, post-processing, and program modification.

  • Operation Software

– The latest version of Smart Manager is a European-developed CNC software designed for seamless integration with Italian CNC systems. It features an advanced laser cutting database, enabling real-time adjustment of cutting parameters to achieve optimal cutting quality.

– The new algorithm enables faster response.

– The system supports configuration of up to 15 layers of cutting parameters and 25 layers of perforation methods.
