Baileigh RDB-100 Manual Tube Bender

The RDB-100 is built for the industrial fabricator that needs to bend lower production runs with very professional looking bends, shipping mostly assembled with only the handle and stand needing to be attached. It bends up to 1.75" OD tubing with a maximum wall thickness of .095" and 1" schedule 40 pipe, and uses a large-diameter indexing plate that allows bends up to 206° (180° plus spring-back) without re-indexing or re-pinning. A quick-release counter die system allows easy loading and unloading, and a ratcheting bend system lets the operator shift to manual override for lighter-gauge materials.
