Baileigh MB-350 Mandrel Tube Bender

The MB-350 is built for small to medium fabricators looking to increase productivity or bend to small radii like 1.5 times the outside diameter of the material, including bending stainless steel exhaust tubing. It has a capacity of 3" OD x .065" wall thickness on stainless steel and is made in the USA. Operation is controlled by a touch screen programmer capable of storing 170 programs with 10 bends per program, expandable via SD card. A 10' mandrel extraction table with rotary chuck is included, along with four manual carriage stops that let the operator program where the next bend occurs. It's a right-handed bender with single stack tooling for simpler operation. Max bend speed is 180 degrees in 16 seconds, max hydraulic pressure is 3000 psi, and shipping weight is 4,000 lbs.
