Baileigh RDB-050 Manual Tube Bender

The RDB-050 is a patented manual tube bender offering enough capacity for most fabrication shops, tackling up to 2.5" OD mild steel with a wall thickness of .120" and 2" OD Chrome Moly with a wall thickness of .120". It features a unique 3-speed ratchet mechanism giving the user the option of high-speed bending for smaller diameter tubing or a lower-speed, high-torque setting for heavy wall material, and its drive mechanism allows a full 180-degree bend without removing pins or repositioning drive arms. An anti-springback mechanism reduces wrinkling risk on thin wall material, and all pivot points use aluminum-bronze bushings to prevent galling.
