ASAPs Lithium-Ion Battery Fire Extinguisher

ASAPs extinguishers use a Hydrogel agent suitable for a wide range of fire types including solids, fats, and lithium-ion battery fires, and are the record-holder for fastest suppression time of a lithium battery fire under NTA:8133 standard testing — the only current standard for testing extinguisher performance on lithium-ion fires. The agent is classified as non-hazardous to humans and the environment under the most stringent European chemical laws, and releases no toxic gasses during use. Despite consisting of over 95% water, ASAPs extinguishers can be safely applied to electrically charged equipment up to 1000 volts, and are built with a robust metal cylinder internally coated in plastic, with a 2–4 meter spray range so operators can keep a safe distance from the fire. At end-of-life, units can be returned to Anogas free of charge for full recycling, making ASAPs the only fully circular fire extinguisher in the world
