Kitz Ball Valve

The Kitz Ball Valve is a quarter-turn rotary valve renowned for its fast operation, tight bubble-tight shutoff, and long service life in both residential and industrial piping systems. Manufactured to rigorous JIS, ANSI, JWWA, and international standards, Kitz ball valves are available across an extensive range of series to meet virtually any application requirement. The T Ball Series (brass, standard bore, Class 400/600) covers the widest range of configurations including straight, angle, 3-way L-port, 3-way T-port, and 4-seat variants with optional mounting pads, locking devices, and thermal insulation long-neck designs — suitable for water, oil, gas, and steam in commercial and industrial systems. The Z Ball Series (brass, full bore, Class 400/600) features double O-ring sealing and butterfly wing handle options for higher pressure and more demanding applications. The SZA/AKSZAW Series carries UL, FM, CSA, and WRAS approvals for fire protection, waterworks, and safety-critical installations. The KEEPALLOY® Lead-Free Series (CAC911 body) meets JWWA E-1 and NSF standards for potable water and municipal water supply applications. All variants feature PTFE or G/F PTFE ball seats, FKM or PTFE gland packing, and dezincification-resistant brass stems for corrosion resistance and long service life. Available in 2-way and 3-way configurations with full bore (FB), standard bore (SB), and reduced bore (RB) options, across sizes from 1/4" to 4" with threaded (BS21/JIS B0203/ASME B1.20.1) and solder (ASME B16.18) end connections. 316SS trim variants are also available for enhanced corrosion resistance in chemical and marine applications.
