Select a variant:
The Kitz Gate Valve is a linear motion isolation valve engineered for full-bore, unrestricted flow in industrial and commercial pipeline systems where minimal pressure drop and tight shutoff are required. Manufactured to rigorous JIS B2011, ANSI/MSS SP-70, and MSS SP-80 standards, it is available in a comprehensive range of body materials to suit virtually any application: bronze and brass variants (Class 125/150) are ideal for water supply, plumbing, HVAC, and steam systems in commercial buildings; cast iron variants (JIS 5K/10K) provide economical, robust performance in larger water distribution and industrial pipelines; ductile iron variants offer higher mechanical strength and impact resistance for demanding municipal and industrial installations; stainless steel variants deliver superior corrosion resistance for chemical processing, pharmaceutical, and marine applications; and carbon steel variants meet the high-pressure, high-temperature demands of oil & gas, power generation, and petrochemical process systems. Available in both non-rising stem (NRS) and rising stem (RS) configurations with screwed bonnet (SB), union bonnet (UB), and bolted bonnet (BB) options to suit varying installation and maintenance requirements. End connections include threaded (BS21/JIS B0203/ASME B1.20.1), flanged (JIS B2240/ANSI B16.5), and solder (ASME B16.18) types across sizes from 1/4" to 6". Not recommended for throttling service — best used fully open or fully closed to prevent seat and disc wear.
